U19 division is designed to build lacrosse skills and tatics of the game while beginnnig to increase competition within a team setting. It is a fun and supportive environment and no lacrosse experience is needed! Teams will play a full field game with officials each Saturday and have a one hour team practice during the week (6-7pm).
