Attendees will be introduced to the sport of girl's field lacrosse by the best coaches Bluenose Lacrosse League has to offer. There will be prizes, giveaways and it's completely free! No gear is required, just comfortable clothes and running shoes. Borrower sticks are provided. Box lacrosse players should give this a try. New players should give this a try. Bring a first-time lacrosse player with you and both get a free t-shirt!
